NEXT GENERATION
Next Generation, our talent development programme gives talented young people from Associate Schools the chance to explore a career in acting, directing or working backstage.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Next Generation is made up of three strands.
ACT:
We recruit a company of young people to join Next Generation Act for a number of years to hone and develop their skills as actors.
DIRECT:
For young people who demonstrate the creative leadership and directing skills needed to take a play from page to stage.
BACKSTAGE:
For young people who show passion for working behind the scenes, this is our pre-apprenticeship programme in theatre craft skills.
