Georgia leads and shapes the development of the RSC's partnerships with Associate Schools and Associate Regional Theatres nationally, incorporating work with children, young people, adults, teachers and talent development. She is the main contact for our Associate Regional Theatres.
When Georgia's not working, she's usually role playing vets, teachers, dinosaurs or Halloween characters with her two daughters, or visiting her family in Portugal where she grew up.

Amy leads on the day-to-day development, strategy and running of the Associate Schools Programme, and our partnerships with the schools and theatres involved in the programme.
Amy is originally from Yorkshire, loves trains and has two cats named after characters from the 'Back to the Future' movies.

Ellie manages and develops our regional school partnerships in the Associate Schools Programme. She is the main contact for clusters in the Midlands.
Ellie loves textiles, the intersection of fashion and social history and making clothes. Ask her what she is wearing that she has made herself.

Esther manages and develops our regional school partnerships in the Associate Schools Programme. She is the main contact for clusters in the North of England.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys playing the trombone, singing in (and conducting) choirs and spending time outdoors with her corgi.

Sarah manages and develops our regional school partnerships in the Associate Schools Programme. She is the main contact for clusters in the South and East of England.
When she is not cheering on her children at BMX races, football matches or dance recitals, Sarah enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and watching musicals.

Freddy develops and manages our Shakespeare Ambassadors programme, as part of the Associate Schools Programme. He also supports and manages our Youth Advisory Board. He is the main contact for any work with Shakespeare Ambassadors.
Freddy loves nothing more than role playing 'Toy Story' with his 3 year old son and cuddles with his baby girl. He enjoys good food, being outdoors and also having a fab playlist on the go!

Paul develops and leads the RSC's Next Generation talent development and Playmaking programmes, providing a wide range of opportunities for children and young people to find their talents and develop them. He is the main contact for Playmaking work across the country.
Paul enjoys cooking, board games and regularly losing at pub quizzes, which is the fault of his quiz partner!
